John from John’s Crazy Socks Delivers Custom Socks to Catholic Health

Catholic Health, the premier health care network on Long Island, wanted to create a special gift for supporters, friends and employees: custom socks featuring the Catholic Health logo. It is only natural that they turned to John’s Crazy Socks

This afternoon, John and Mark X. Cronin, the father and son team that founded John’s Crazy Socks, delivered custom-made Catholic Health Socks to Patrick M. O’Shaughnessy, the CEO of Catholic Health.

Dr. O’Shaughnessy loved the socks, noting the high quality and how he cannot wait to wear them!

Catholic Health made quick use of the socks, handing them out to guests at a breakfast for elected officials.

Making Custom Socks for Catholic Health

John’s Crazy Socks has long worked with Good Samaritan University Hospital, one of the cornerstone hospitals of Catholic Health, so it was only natural that Lisa Santeramo, the Vice President of Government Relations, thought of John’s Crazy Socks for custom socks.

Lisa worked with Carol Cronin to design the socks using the Catholic Health logo, which “communicates the power of faith, hope and healing found both in our Catholic Faith and our work at Catholic Health.”

“Carol and her team at John’s Crazy Socks made everything so easy and the socks turned out so well. Everyone here is excited about the socks,” said Lisa.

Why Custom Socks from John’s Crazy Socks?

Companies have no shortage of promotional materials: pens, coffee cups, t-shirts, and the like. As one customer put it, “We’re so tired of the same old stuff.”

Socks are different. People smile when they get their socks. And they wear them. Every time they pull on your pair of socks, they think of you and they feel good. That’s why custom socks from John’s Crazy Socks make great gifts.

Mark X. Cronin, said, “You get so much more than just custom socks when you order from us. The socks are great – after all, we have over 30,000 five-star reviews – and we make the design process so easy. People have a lot of fun coming up with great designs. Each purchase helps us employ people with differing abilities – more than half our workforce has a differing ability – and you help us give back. At John’s Crazy Socks, we pledge five percent of earnings to the Special Olympics and raise money for charity partners like the Autism Society of America, the National Down Syndrome Society and United Cerebral Palsy. With our custom socks, you’ll be spreading happiness. When people wear the custom socks, they talk about your business and connect that to telling the story of John’s Crazy Socks.”

Making custom socks is a growing part of the business for John’s Crazy Socks. Mark X. Cronin said, “We’ve made them for large companies (Microsoft, Allianz, Voya Financial, Google and more) as well as small businesses, lawyers, doctors, and accountants. We’ve made them for charities (e.g., Special Olympics, Best Buddies, Parent-Teacher Organizations, etc.) that have used the socks to raise money. And we’ve made them for private events like weddings and sweet sixteen parties.”

We’d love to make custom socks for your organization or talk about our other Business Services like custom gift bags, fulfillment services or our Charity Fundraising Program. Click here for more information on making custom socks or call us at 1-631-760-5625.
